Graceful Consultations was created to help women over 40 to renew and achieve their wellness goals. Wellness comes in many forms and can be confusing at times. Being a Christian and a nurse coach is advantageous for clients desiring a faith base approach. Wellness becomes more achievable when one has guidance and accountability for their efforts. Conventional physical wellness is usually approached in a generic manner. Areas of spirituality and faith may never be addressed. Wellness can be physical but many times emotional, mental, spiritual, financial, and relational aspects are creating the problems. Every wellness plan needs to incorporate a personalized approach. Wellness is different for everyone. The methods chosen are personal and need to include the client's faith and values. The accountability created working with a coach helps keep the client on track. The initial consultation determines the areas the client wants to address and whether the nurse coach is the right match for the client's needs.
